Way to complex to prove rite or wrong but consider this fact
Both can result in Death. So on that one fact...They can both be equally bad.
However Abortion done properly can be life saving in many ways for the mother but well not so much for the fetus.
Texas should have more abortions, so as to end up with less citizens who end up as Republicans.

Suicide attempts may occur years after the rape.
I know so many women who have been raped. Leaves horrid scars over their life tyme. I doubt very many woman have attempted suicide after an Abortion UNLESS it was do to being Raped.
