Actually he really is the Head Cop - Not saying he gives HEAD but the Cop vs Sheriff situation where Cathy lives in somewhat unique - Cops once had to guard stuffed Horse and Dog owned by a once upon Movie Star named Roy Rogers and many say Roy and Dale his wife were also stuffed for display after death.
