Is there any way I can remineralize my teeth? I drink up to 8 cups of coffee a day, everyday, and have since age 4. As a result, my teeth are now, like, permanently discolored. What do I do?

I should add that my daily oral care regime consists of brushing with Rembrandt ProNamel®™ and rinsing with Listerine™

Can I ask why you take caffeine pills? I've taken them (lots of them at once on a dare, actually), but I don't see how it compares to a nice cup of coffee or black tea. I took them once on a long road trip and just felt like they were trying to kill my stomach lining. (Maybe a took a shitty brand?)

Because I need to wake up somehow and I hate the taste of coffee, also I don't have the patience for tea in the morning. My stomach is a steel trap, doesn't ever bother me really. You could stick them up your butt if you're having problems with yours.

No, I can usually eat pretty much eat anything (like burritos that we sprayed with pepper spray, that was cool) you give me. I think it was the combination of not eating for a long stretch (driving 300+ miles) and downing those after not eating for 24+ hours that caused some mild discomfort. You eat other stuff with the caffeine pills though, yes?

I really like it. I usually drink it black and cold. I really like bitter sensations. (Disclaimer: I pretty much eat one meal per day, so I don't know. :/ If I eat in the morning or afternoon, then I feel weird for the rest of the day. I eat at night. My metabolism "just works" that way. It's difficult to explain to friends.)

Actually, funny story about that. I would routinely explain my lack of hunger to people as: "I am fasting for religious reasons, and I can't eat while such-and-such celestial body is in the sky." I would always pick some planet, constellation, or star that was currently overhead at the time. (Because YAY astronomy education!) Having a (bullshit) explanation, no one really ever wondered what I was doing fasting while Jupiter, or Orion, or Aldebaran was in the sky...

The people who knew me and knew I "just didn't eat during those hours" and knew that I was about as atheist as they come would just roll their eyes, but no one else ever asked me about why. I think that's funny.

Tough choice. I have at least a few that vie for the top spot in each genre, and which one I pick will probably just depend on how I'm feeling at the moment. Sci-fi and the weirder stuff is what I tend to be drawn toward. I will see just about anything that David Lynch or David Cronenberg direct just because I know it will probably be batshit insane.

Method 1 is problematic because the shakes may just return later, but method 2 is passive, boring, and for total squares. I've heard that eating things also helps some people.
