As for me, it happened a week ago. In the 50's I think, there was a Russian serial killer who used to hang adolescent boys and then masturbate over their prone bodies. He would actually trick these boys into putting on the nooses themselves by claiming that he was filming movies about Boyscouts being tortured by soldiers (I guess that this was a popular movie topic at the time).
So there is silent footage of him doing the hanging (nothing sexual shown) on Liveleak. In the (ten minute long?) video, it shows the smiling children putting the ropes around their necks, him running forward and pulling the chair, or block from underneath them, the little boys struggling and convulsing, and then him cutting down their limp bodies. Hideous.
What makes it worse is that I had seen it once previously, forgotten about it, and then watched it again!

not many things on the net can creep me out anymore, the last time i felt chills was on the road some two years ago, saw a couple riding a motorcycle crashing high-speed on the front of a 18wheeler...poor bastards got torn apart, limbs and guts everywhere on the road
