I can say that i know tomorrow there will be people cruelly hurting each other. Having said that, i believe it to be the truth, that they should not do this to each other. What does the above say about the supposed truth?

The second part of the statement is a hypothetical. If someone SHOULD do something they arent, so it's not conflicting. Its just reality and expectation.

Its a good point but i disagree 100%. As i have said, its our expectation that tomorrow people will be brutally murdered somewhere in the world. Murders happens everyday. This is our expectation yet
we are capable of stepping aside from this expectation and say, that even though we know it will happen, it should not happen. So what is the difference of saying people should not be cruel to one another when we know they will... and saying water should never freeze, when we know that sometimes it does?

There would only be a conflict if you thought all moral assertions are wrong, because if something happens it somehow must be just, simply because it happens.

Yes you're right, but a wish for a truth doesn't equal a statement that said wish is the truth and the world is the lie. They make the wish despite the truth of the matter, because things would be better that way. Everyone fosters the hope that we can one day conquer death.
