I noticed that Whenever news channels run news stories about people going to third world countries to have sex with children, or getting caught in third world countries having sex with children, the people getting caught always turn out to be middle aged white guys.

Heh, a friend of mine actually just facilitated something like this. I couldn't help but notice, that I'm ok with her having a brief fling with another woman, but I can't stand the thought of her with another man. I couldn't pinpoint exactly why there is a double standard there.

That's why it's ridiculous! It's just as possible, except I think she is just one of those "I like to kiss girls when I'm drunk" types. It's just a bizarre double standard. I blame society.

According to Buss, it's because if it was with a dude, she might get pregnant and then you wouldn't know if the kids were yours. You'd see him as a competitor, a direct challenge. Statistically, males are more possessive and value chastity (read: exclusivity) in women. With another women, that obviously wouldn't be a factor. Plus, lesbians are awesome.
Personally I think there's possibly a little more to it, but that's roughly how an evolutionary psychologist would explain it.

I think in this specific case it's because I know she doesn't want an emotional relationship with a female, she is just curious about sex with them.
