1. Get 6 foot thin wire(such as cheese wire), and a bottle of super glue.
2. Find tree, light pole, or any thing with more than a 7 foot drop.
3.Tie knot around what ever thing you have chosen.
4. Tie knot around neck(a little loose).
5. Take super glue and dump on both hands, then grab sides of head until glue is dry.
6. When prepared........ JUMP!!
Outcome; Thin wire/cheese wire will tighten, and cut head completely off.
Hands super glued to head will keep your head with you.
Your head in your hands?? People will think you were cool ripping your own head off with your bare hands.
Bloody? YES!! Gruesome? YES!! Good for children to see? YE.... Well, no. But you'll be dead, will you fucking care?

Michael Jackson found a very good way to go out without pain.
Now sure he was not trying for it but it does make one wonder what's up with executions that use chemicals of dubious mix when there is One that works great if one uses 2much.
