@OP
A woman once told me of a program at the University of Wisconsin that was exploring ways to manipulate healthy foods to have the same effect on the brain as unhealthy foods. I don't know the specifics and this was a few years ago but people are working on it.

It is a good idea. Apparently we have something in us that makes us want things that are unhealthy or some shot like that. I am not sure of the scientific side of it and I could have been fed a line of shit but it sounds right.

It sounds pretty right to me. It's just like the thrill I get of stealing. It's the fact that it's wrong. Kind of similar I'm guessing.

Nah I don't think it's just psychological. It's chemical.

Neural connections can be re-formed.
This body developed a strong aversion to potatoe chips and other fatty snacks after a few months of re-orientation.

Unless high. I started dieting this week. It's been simple. I haven't craved anything.
Today I had less than 700 calories. I tried to make myself eat more, but I didn't smoke. I don't even feel hungry.
Depression is the best and worst tool for weight loss.

Worst I reckon. Most depressed people I know (self included) are fat, due to lethargy.

Oh me too. Fat sugary foods make me feel good, or at least make me feel comforted for a short bit. I've no doubt depression has causes my current condition, which I'd why I said it's the best and worst.
I've just hit a new low. No interest in eating. No interest in masturbation either which has me worried.
My roommate just gave me some really good weed though. I'm guessing I'll be jerking off onto pizza tonight.
