I have done this and it's great way to make $20 in a hurry(lolweed) when you are broke. I don't do it all the time because having nasty track marks down my arm isn't worth the extra cash to me. If you go do it, you'll see people who go in twice a week every week, and they have the telltale tracks on their arms.
But it's a pretty sweet deal, getting paid to sit there and bleed into a machine. The plasma "donation" place I go to even has Internet. If you go twice a week, expect to make between $100/month and $250/month depending on how much they pay in your area.
