I will be paying Be, Inc. $100,000 a day for the privilege. Otherwise Jean-Louis Gassee would throw a shitfit with a lot of spam and angry bulletins.
Normally I would run a live CD but somehow I doubt Haiku supports most of my hardware. I just want to play with the UI, anyway.

It's an open source version of Be OS, which dates back to 1997. So pretty old. Be OS, like Plan 9 from Bell Labs is one of those things that could have been awesome, but never went anywhere and are now just barely-remembered footnotes buried in dusty tomes.
