I had a think about it, and I think I'll go with Frank West. I've had some great times playing Dead Rising, and Frank's a pretty awesome protagonist, IMO.
Also, I tend to quite like player characters that I make myself, since I try to give them distinct personalities and looks.

Lara Croft, especially in the first few games (before they softened her personality). I like how she's independent, and a loner. She also has a great house! I loved locking the butler in the freezer in TRII.
