Exactly. Can you imagine being so privileged in life that you have no natural disadvantages in the world, so you have to go and make them up? Bet none of these fuckers know what it's like to be poor at all in their lives. Or to visit a family member sent to jail just because he had sex with a high schooler while in high school and is now on a fucking sex offender list for a crime that wouldn't even have been committed had they stayed in Minnesota. Or to know the feeling of losing a sibling. Nope. Their main whines are about "microaggressions" and restrictions on feminizing hormones. They come from middle class nuclear, unbroken families and have had no REAL struggle in their lives.

I agree with their general aims, fighting bigotry and discrimination and all that. That stuff's a good goal.
Though... Some of them do take things a bit far. When they apply the same mentality towards white men that bigots have against minorities, I think that something has gone a bit wrong. I think their problem is that they can be too much about dividing and categorising people, and it becomes an "us and them" thing rather than trying to bring people together against discrimination.

my thoughts are more on what killer lettuce had posted than anything else, and it is true that you cant bring it up, though I have a friend thats trans who agreed that it seems to be the "in" thing to do now in terms of rebelling against stuff but its a shit way of going about it

These. Also I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them have serious depression and self esteem issues. The white privilege thing is original sin with a lefty makeover. You're born into sin becaise of what people of your race did in the past, you must pray for absolution at the altar of social media. The more you beat yourself up for being born white/cis/hetero the more virtuous you are.
I've been poor myself, and I've never seen poor people whine about microaggression or cultural appropriation. The real socially downtrodden are far more concerned with keeping the electricity on and food on the table than whether some white kid wears dreadlocks or whether women are accurately represented in video games.
