Thats a dumb question. Anyone could kill a bunch of people if they really wanted to. Why would you want to want something?
Also, being smart enough to get away with it? Kill unconnected to you far away. Only like 40% of murders ever get solved. And it's usually because the murderer kills someone close to them. (Most murders arent just cold, and for no reason)

I guess it depends on where you're at. But some states have an unsolved rate of like 56% percent, so I guess even then my number was a bit high, but evenso, we dont live in a world where you need to be a criminal mastermind toget away with murder. And that percentage doesnt even take into account murders ruled out as accidents or suicide. So, I'm guessing the real number of people who get away with murder is actually much higher.
