"May minors be employed in "on-sale" premises?
A. In a bona fide public eating place, minors between 18 and 21 years of age may serve alcoholic beverages in an area primarily designed and used for the sale and service of food for consumption on the premises as an incidental part of their overall duties. These minors cannot act as bartenders. (Section 25667)
No minor can be employed during business hours on the portion of any premises which is primarily designed and used for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. There are exceptions, under limited circumstances, with respect to musicians. (Sections 25663 and 25663.5)
Back as a teen (1880's) I was a checkout clerk at age 16 in a major Supermarket. Stocked shelves with booze and sold it. Place closed at 9PM and in need of Uni money I took a 2nd job at a Liquor store and did the same including delivering booze and all legal.

Yep you are most correct. I am putting off a gig I just DO NOT WANT 2Do. Its for T-Mobil n under new ownership they are becoming the same pain in ass AT&T has always been.
OK - It has to be completed with limit of 3 hours MAX n pays damn great but the task is going to take me more then 3 hours n that sucks

Honestly, I dont really get the phemonen, despite most people's insistince that they do not care about me, or actively despise me, my threads do seem to get a fair amount of attention. Granted that after the cupcake/cutie pie thing ended that attention dipped quite drastically, which I understand, those were some fun stories, and Kirby stories arent nearly as comical, no Cheesecake factories or crying for 3 hours.
