I was diagnosed as depressed February 2002. It was refined to dysthymia in November 2005 and then PTSD was also indicated in 2012.

Within the past year, my therapist and I noticed that every 4-6 weeks I tend to have a low mood that lasts for up to a week. It's not officially a bipolar diagnosis (I think there's a bunch of other criteria)
