Matt Miller AKA "Our man in Kunming" is nothing but a Falun Gong plant to start a Chinese uprising. He is encouraging random stabbings in train stations at the behest of the WIne MAfia in order to draw attention to the failings of the Chinese government and spread democracy into such a failing nation-state. He is also plotting to bomb nuclear plants near Beijing to prove that American nuclear plants have the right to not use the metric system. He's a man of the people like that.
