Vandalizing cars by putting a large N magnet on? Wouldn't "h" be far more effective?

N stickers designate a driver who is allowed to drive by themselves - with zero alcohol in their system, period, and only one non-family passenger. "N" for novice. Basically, in Vancouver, you find a fuck of a lot of >$75k cars being driven by teens.

Why is Vancouver so rich? You never see that in Houston.

Property prices are very very high in Vancouver, so it kind of filters itself out.

Pretty much! There's roughly a 9:1 ratio between average house price and average household income. (As compared to a ~3:1 average for Canada.) Rental is, like, the thing you do - when a mediocre old house is a million bucks, you need to, unless you're pretty well off.
