Towards the end you develop slightly more disconcerting symptoms:
Bleeding from eyes, ears, and nose
Bleeding from the mouth and rectum (gastrointestinal bleeding)
Eye swelling (conjunctivitis)
Genital swelling (labia and scrotum)
Increased feeling of pain in the skin
Rash over the entire body that often contains blood (hemorrhagic)
Roof of mouth looks red
You ultimately die of shock and become another statistic. With a 90% mortality rate, you didn't really have a chance even with access to Western medicine.

However with the 'first' perk for the squeegee class, the gods are moved to show their favor, a rogue WHO epidemiologist smuggles you out an experimental cocktail of antibodies and adenovirus-vectored inteferon. You respond favorably to the treatment and after a brief hospitalization and some slightly bloody orifices, you stabilize. You are still recovering from the illness however and receive a -50% penalty to all of your stats for the next 5 rds. You still are a carrier for the ebola reston virus and have been quarantined for the time being, despite your seemingly miraculous recovery from viral hemorrhagic fever.
You are placed in restraints and left under armed guard in a makeshift field hospital composed entirely of what appears to be 'tents'.

with the -50% debuff i don't think my charisma will be high enough to influence the guard.
