I haven't been following what Obama or Kerry have been saying, so I can't really weigh in on that. I can say that Putin has proven himself to be one cunning sonofabitch, and getting Crimea seems to be a great thing for Russia. No shots fired nobody hurt. Save Syria from invasion, and acquire Crimea. Like him or not, there's little denying Putin is one hell of a politician.
