As a few of the posters here are psychology graduates, I think they can help. There's the Bella persona. Sometimes I completely switch off from myself when shopping and Bella takes over buying girl clothes. I have another persona as well, but he's not as strong as Bella. He wants me to be a Christian and live a clean life devoted to Jesus and God, that's why I buy a lot of Christian books and Bibles. Then there is my main Green persona who is everything else; alcoholic, atheist, vidya game loving nerd.

What does your Christian persona think when you defecate in/butter the bible?

He is not fully real as Bella, but he would think it's blasphemous and I should seek God's guidance and repent. Bella thinks I should quit drinking because it makes her scared.

I think you've created these personæ as an escape mechanism to avoid dealing with the negativity in your life. You need to face your problems head on and they will shatter.

That's what I think too. I'm happier as Bella though. Bella first appeared when my last relationship started to fall apart. I think I need to find out who I am not before I can find out who I am.
