Only when compared to the power of the filthy, angry mob. Nothing is more powerful than the collective will of the people.
it happens again, and again, and again... Whne will government leaders learn you can't suspend democratic elections and declare martial law just because you want to stay in power and do whatever you like. The people will not consent to be governed through corruption and violence.
That time is past. there are more than 6 billion people on earth, and less than 200 countries (196 to be exact). I don't care how powerful any one of the 200 countries get, there will always be way more citizens then there are leaders of people.
The faceless billions consent to be governed, when governments fail their people, the people fail their government. And governments always lose in the end. They always have, and they always will. period.

The awful thing is, this whole thing was fairly quickly co-opted by a literal fascist party and its associated paramilitary organisations. This whole thing likely has US government funding, too, so KINDA FUCKING SKETCHY.

Typical social justice warrior. Totally clueless.
The real problem for decibelmilliwatts is there are not enough minorites in the Ukraine to be opressed so they can't hijack this protest in the name of gay rights, feminism and blacks.

Just take a look at Svoboda's past political stances. They're entirely in line with Mussolini-style fascism. It's well known that said party is highly involved in the Euromaidan protests. @465,939 (ShitArse !saAqdaazn2)
My suggestion is maybe let's literally never enable literal fucking fascists.

@previous (decibelmilliwatts !!beW+FQoWB) > The All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" (Ukrainian: Всеукраїнське об’єднання «Свобода», Vseukrayinske obyednannia "Svoboda"), translated as Freedom, is a Ukrainian nationalist political party,[2] and currently one of the five major parties of the country.
okay. Now, for your citation that shows that this particular group is the one now in power? From what i've read Yulia Tymoshenko is going to be the new president. Is she the leader of the Svoboda party? Or are they just a small marginal party, like militant libertarians?
Anyway, a real citation that actually informs me of the "fairly quickly co-opted by a literal fascist party" would be nice, instead of just more uninformative opinion that is "well known" by some unnamed group.
Weasel words don't really help prove your point.
