Autphags the only source for quality word salad. It's debatable whether Nazism is actually fascism. Mussolini privately disliked Hitler and they didn't agree on much. Nazism and Mussolini's ideologies share some things (like the concept of national rebirth, and strong nationalism) but disagreed on others (like the need to exterminate the Jews).
As for actual Fascism, I haven't seen any message boards about it, yet. You could read Mussolini's books and speeches and study Italy under fascism. You could also read up on Franco's Spain and Juan Peron's Justicialist movement in Argentina.
