Topic: I don't get how the . system works on minichan.

Say for a topic that is 1.8 years old. How many months is that? Is that 1 year and 8 months? Or 1 year and 12 divided by 8? We're not all mathematics here.

And yes, it measures in tenths of a year (that is, .1 of a year is 1.2 months). So after a while 1.9 years turns into 2 years.

@previous (Meta)
Why not just go from 1.9 to 1.11 then 1.12 years, it would make sense. Or even better, twelfths. 1 and 1/12 months. Dating may even work. I am going to petition for a complete overhaul of the years system!

wow, OP, i hope you never discover that microwaves view
99 seconds as 1 minute, 39 seconds,
but 100 seconds is viewed as 1 minute,
and 101 seconds is actually 1 minute, 40 seconds.
blew my mind
