There is no "The Outsider" episode. There is a "The Outcast" episode. (That's the one where Riker succeeds at looking all rape-like, even at a member of some genderless species who reproduces by fertilizing a pod with four other peopele) Riker still manages to woo the fe/man/pod/part alien, who is then sent off to a de-gay/nonpodification camp when the romance is discovered.
