Crazy/troll homeless guy. He's been posting for years, although he deletes his posts every so often, I wish I'd archived some of his more interesting writings. He's highly dedicated to the persona regardless if it's real.
His latest conspiracy theory is "inside voice teeth", you might find it amusing.
He's also got an interesting take on religion and a lot of his posts are focused around that, although his religious themeed writing sometimes gets a bit boring.
