It's private property: if a shopping center owner decides not to allow the sale of alcohol or pork on their premises, that's their right. The corollary to this is that it's your right not to shop or work there.

You're missing the point. Your arguement presupposes an abundance of near-perfect substitutes. As location is certainly a finite and absolute concept, it's literally impossible for alternatives to be as powerful as you imagine.
Of course there are other shopping centers with other owners thoughout the city, but as these are not in the exact same location there will be some element of sacrifice for many shoppers when going elsewhere. You're correct it's still not A or nothing yet, but just give it time.

I've been to Kidderminster and they have tesco, asda, sainsburys, Morrison's, waitrose supermarkets. They also have plenty of smaller shops. This isn't really a story.

A quick look at web n sure nuff there are a number of Bacon Cologne's already on the market but seems they only offer a hint of crispy bacon.

The only reason the argument doesn't make sense to you because it successfully contradicts your position. You're arguing from a theoretical position that freedom of choice permits patrons to be unaffected if they so choose. I'm pointing out that in this case, physical reality is places very real limitations on choice.

When it fails, which it will because no one wants to do their weekly shop somewhere if they can't get it all at once, then soon enough, someone else will swoop in with an offer.
I pointed out above, its Kidderminster, there is plenty of competition throughout the city. The only reason Tesco and Asda didn't blow these people out of the water was because they already have stores in the city. This store cannot compete with retail giants, sharia or not.
