He doesn't have Dubya's Texan drawl or say things like "nuke-you-lar". These are good qualities but other than that he sounds pretty boring and generic.

He has a strong voice. He has a unique flow when he's doing a speech. His speeches are usually concise and... Appropriate. He's pretty good? Who's a better speaker? I don't know how it goes

I thought Bill Clinton was better. Obama sounds cold and aloof.
I mean, Obama's not a bad public speaker, he just doesn't seem extraordinary either.
