I am a damn great down hill skier. OK on a snowboard but they are just to slow for my tastes.
Once and only once have I tried skating on ice and that was 100 years b4 u were born. But that was also b4 I learned to ski so perhaps I wood do more better NOW then back then.
So I suspect you have my answer. For unique reasons I have a lot of gal friends who ice skated professionally.
