I mean if sober feels normal but normal is bad then Postmortem is using alcohol to cover it up. But I'd argue this is different from addiction to alcohol .

Come on OP. Why all the drama? This is not enough data, just the 2 most important facts please.
1) What volume of alcohol in milliliters do you consume on average in a day? You can figure it out quite easily simply from checking our your empties.
2) What is your body weights and BMI?
Without this information, we cannot possibly assess the risk to your personal health.

Alcohol nearly killed me a couple of months ago. I think I am the Mc alcoholism expert.
I would say that 2-5 shots to feel normal isn't excessive, its an acceptable amount to get over general anxiety.
If those shots are first thing in the morning, and you feel physically sick without it, you are at least alcohol dependent. I wouldn't worry too much about it, until you start prioritising alcohol over other things.

120ml at minimum, maybe as 4 or 5 times that on other days. 4 or 5 in one go I mean. In the course of 24 hours a lot more than that.
