How will it charge if you took it out? But yeah, once it's charged you shouldtake it out if you use the laptop on the charger...

But the worst for modern batteries is being charged totally full or letting it drain totally empty... go up down form 80-90% to 10-20% and you'll prolongue the battery life as long as possible.

Yes, remove the battery for optimal charging.

Also, remove charger plug from power supply to prevent excess "heavy electricity" leaking out.

Best way to save the battery after removal.

Fill a plastic tub with salt water.

Immerse battery for 12 hours minimum.

You forgot the vinegar and dill: pickled batteries last up to 20% more than brined ones.
