I find it helps me relax. It also suppresses my appetite so I lose weight! Also, when I'm bored and there is nothing else to do.

Its the modern popular form of Russian Roulette. But instead of just making morticians richer sooner - You end up with two uninvited friends aka Cancer n Heart Disease.

Addiction. It's seriously one of the worst things you can do to yourself, but I've had a really hard time stopping. I was planning on quitting the first of December, but I'm thinking about actually just switching that to tomorrow. Wish me luck!
