What is rolling with shrooms? "Hippy flipping" right? I've never done it. Did Psilocybin once, and it was the bomb-diggity. Did it with my girlfriend, walked around downtown then went to a concert, the music was terrible, but was the best, because drugs. It was literally in the top 2 or 3 nights of my entire life. It was an amazing feeling. Everything felt like a dream, I had all these realizations, that logically I knew were complete bullshit, but they felt so god damned real. It was pretty magical. I think partly because of who I was with, I had decided I loved my girlfriend, and I was in a place I adore, downtown, the city.

If all you have is a small amount of shrooms the most effective method of ingestion is Lemon Tek. The trip won't last as long, but the effects will be stronger. If you have a decent amount and use Lemon tek, well you're gonna have a good time. Keep in mind there is no more psilocybin in caps than stems, it's an old myth, I assure you it is not true. The trips are exactly the same, and the amount of actives in either is exactly the same.
