2. This poster has violated rules, has been given countless second (and third and fourth and fifth...) chances.
3. After being warned and pleaded and reasoned with innumerable times, this poster evaded his bans innumerable times, with a dynamic IP.
4. Since this BBS advocates for and is, in fact, a front for various Falun Gong/Falun Dafa, Chinese democracy, and Free Tibet groups, we have banned mainland China for his own safety, lest the Chinese government deport him or worse.
