The HIV rate is apparently rising (400% increase between 1997 and 2007) because of unsafe sex/promiscuity, people not getting tested (thousands apparently unaware of their HIV+ status) and people thinking there's a cure.

Check out the guy infected by his girlfriend (with her knowledge), the 42-year-old facing death after decades of treatment, the 50-year old infected by her husband and the guy with drug-resistant HIV shocked that anyone could believe having HIV is just about taking a pill. That's not including all the others too scared to show their faces because of stigma/hostility.

Basically, the 'always use a condom' message proved about as effective as teaching abstinence to avoid pregnancy. No surprises there.

I originally misread that to be shopped saying the woman was proud to be circumcized herself. Hmm... That would be funny then.

why would the woman with a husband care that he's circumcised? shouldn't their monogamy perfectly shield them from exposure?
unless she's happy her cheating husband is less likely to contract it and give it to her i don't get this one.

i guess from looking at the picture of her she's like, "look, you take a win when you can get one..."

You don't seem to understand the point of the ad. The purpose is to make MEN volunteer to get circumcised out of fear women might reject them if they don't.

Every good advertiser knows men only do things they don't want to do when pussy is the expected reward.

Your lack of shop skills is glaring. You forgot to recenter the text.
