I am only the messenger and report facts as facts. It is not enough money to put anyone in prison. The way it works is IRS is not about put a lien on those fast food jobs he had while going to school.
Of course if he gets a diploma mill PhD while in China and gets some lowend job in USA well then he pays n pays n pays cause IRS simply takes chunks out of pay checks b4 he gets them.
