An itchy anus is a sign of poor hygiene. Simply put, wipe properly and your anus will not itch. A dirty anus can be aggravated by exercise... when sweat mixes with an unclean anus, the discomfort can be alarming.
I would suggest allotting a few extra minutes to your toilet time to wipe properly; invest in some wet wipes for a visibly clean ring piece.
