Depends on what you mean by "old enough to ride". I could ride a bike at age 5 but I don't think I could have driven at that age (feet wouldn't have reached the pedals of my mom's Jeep). Though I finally did get to drive the Jeep around a field starting at age 14 but I kept stalling it cause it had a manual transmission and an iffy carburetor.
But yeah if you can drive a car you're old enough to ride a motorcycle imo and vice versa.
