Topic: Koreans eat dogs, would you eat dogs?

Anonymous A started this discussion 13 years ago #32,239

Well? Would you buy and eat meat from dogs if you could? Chickens give us nice eggs to eat, but we still go ahead and eat the chicken? Dogs give us fuck all other than shitting everywhere on pavements and barking, so why dont we fuckin eat them all?

I wasn't threatening you, just stating fact. I would eat your dog, and enjoy it too. I already have aids.

I have consumed several dogs, and they are delicious. Your dog will be delicious. Once the mods have backtracked your IP, I could be enjoying your dog within hours.

Probably not, because I hate dogs. They're smelly and noisy and have no manners. I would eat horse, though.

As many of my fellow expats may know, I bought Phil's sausage business when he returned to New Zealand. I have really enjoyed making and selling the sausages. However, as a full-time teacher, I simply cannot keep up with the demand. Several local restaurants and bars, as well as individuals, really like this sausage, and I feel bad that I cannot find the time to really provide it as I should.

Thus, I would like to sell the business. I would like to find someone who has a culinary background, who really loves food, and who has the time and care to continue these great sausages. Phil began the tradition, and I have tried to continue it, but I need someone to really make it shine.

We sell really delicious Western-style sausages. We use ONLY fresh pork (pig killed that morning!), the most delicious spices, and fresh hog casing. I am very insistent on quality, consistency, and recipes.

I would provide the following to the right person who buys the business:

1. The ingredient and recipe list. 2. Introduction to the suppliers. 3. The equipment, including an electric grinder and a brand-new, upright, 3 litre sausage stuffer (stainless steel, two speeds, manual). 4. Training on how to make the sausage. 5. Proprietary recipes for our two VERY popular styles of sausage, as well as some extra recipes that you will want to try. 6. A list of individual and business contacts, including one major business here in Kunming, and two major businesses in Dali. 7. An explanation of shipping and delivery logistics.

These sausages are very good, and very popular. They have the potential to make many thousands of RMB per month, IF you have the care, love, and time to devote to them. I am only interested in selling the business to those who truly love food and the culinary arts. I do not want Phil's Sausages to die or fizzle out.

The asking price for the business, including everything mentioned above, and any sort of advice you might need or want, is 35,000 RMB. This amount can be recovered through sales in only a few months, IF you can dedicate your time to it. It i a simple, straightforward, quality business.

If you are interested in talking about this offer, you can PM me here on Go Kunming, or email me at [email protected].

You originally alerted us about that. So did Matt basically buy a hot dog stand?

I'm appauled that he is not serving cat and dog meat!!!!!!!!!

I guess the Chinese are all, "Powk? Hmm... An exotic meat, not like cat and dog that is the staple meat of China."

It's not racist. "Powk" is making fun of the accident someone has from speaking a language. And the other is making fun of a culture.

By its very nature, racism has a cultural aspect. Don't be fucking daft.

Turn up in an African village in a loincloth, holding a spear and shouting "OOGA BOOGA". Its not racist though cos you're making fun of the culture. Get real, you racist ninny.

I thought he's anonymous B. He's over defensive of China, saying criticism of China in any fashion is "racism".

People make fun of the French culture and language too. It's not considered "racist". Of course because they're Europeans.

A lot of his peers over there jump at him. Today with a quick look in there is rage about Chinese Gov fucking over local web sites.

And a Topic that was locked up by Mods that Matt started so someone put up a topic about such. Matt says

I am sorry if my missionary thread cause trouble or violated a policy. I Really just wanted a discussion, but I like Go Kunming and I do not want to cause trouble.

Someone replies
Are the moderator really that sensitive or thin-skinned that censorship is preferable to a vigorous discussion?

and someone who supports such discussion said "Hey look man, I applaud your debating spirit and critical thinking prowess, but this probably isn't the best place to be doing it."

Mod jumps in and gives the sad bottom line about China - "debate about living in China, we will not tolerate slander on any portion of the community, foreign or Chinese."

And this intelligent reply "This site is hosted in China. So why is everyone so shocked at the level of censorship?"

Miller also tried his best to defend the filthy food practices, but a mass of peers replied with great lines (so many to chose from) Finally, truth be told, if you stay in Kunming long enough, you no longer consider diarrhea to be an illness, just another part of eating out.''
