I'd get the Sony Xperia M, can't say I was ever satisfied with Huawei built quality.

I'll check them out in person some time, but the Huawei is just so much better spec-wise, also I had a T-mobile brand phone which was made by Huawei which i haven't really had problems with. If this one is considerably worse than the Sony I will reconsider!

You're gonna hate this answer - but if at all possible, wait for the Nexus 5. $350 off contract for something that'll even steamroll a Galaxy S4 on all metrics. If you can afford it, that is. If not, the Huawei!
