I am scared to delete them in case I accidentally delete my entire Google/YouTube account. Is there any safe way of removing these additional ones?

I assume it created one automatically when YouTube always prompts me to link my accounts. The four times was because I was either not paying attention and selected the whole option or I just accidentally hit the wrong option. It was very annoying.

What options are there on "Manage this page" - can pages be deleted? Can they be deleted from elsewhere? Have you tried Googling?

It won't, you'll know if you're deleting your entire Google account versus deleting individual services and shit, it'll tell you.

Unless you mean your entire Google+ account, in which case I'm not so sure since I don't use G+.
