The only similar thing is that little camera in the bottom right-hand corner, which does look exactly like what iOS 7 just released. I doubt it even operates as smoothly as iOS 7.

Android 4.2 introduced lockscreen widgets a year ago where one could swipe from the right for the camera, but no one ever figured them out apparently so now it's a obvious, glaring button.
Looks to be down on the onscreen button navbar, though. I wonder how it'll work if someone doesn't have one of those.

I've never had a dumbphone that lagged or did anything more than sip battery, either, so it doesn't seem too out of the ordinary.
