A quarter of one of my teeth fell out a few hours ago, when I was eating chips.
It didn't hurt, and it doesn't hurt now.

...But still. Should I be worried?

Is it a wisdom tooth? They are vestigal. The only purpose they serve is to fuck the rest of your teeth up. I had this happen to me, and it lead to a root canal. It may not hurt now, but without fixing it, it will. Oh yes, it will.
