Ask him who his psychiatrist is, ask him what therapy sessions he attends, ask him what medication he takes, ask him how long his last stay in a mental hospital was for... Its all bullshit.. His behaviour is typical of somebody trying to play the "but Im mental" card, and he finds it easier to play the act when he has been drinking, people with genuine mental issues dont usually behave like he does..

Exactly, typically mentally unstable people do not do the things Green does and says. Does your mum specifically video all her "episodes" and load them onto youtube? Does she regularly post on forums in a fashion that would make a group of people question her mental health.... Greens problem is the drink, and that he is a lazy fuck ass shit. He doesnt seem to upload normal stuff on youtube does he, its on only acting mental stuff he records when he has had a drink, its just a show, a freak show, but he seems to like people thinking he has mental issues, and for him it means he can feel under no obligation to try and succeed at anything, and just live a party life... like a cunt.

90+ percent of it is drink-related. When he's sober though, he's still not playing with a full deck. In my conversations with him a few years ago (before the heavy drinking and being dumped by his girlfriends) he seemed immature (almost childlike at times) and would sometimes obsessively repeat the same things over and over again.
That being said, is his mental state debilitating? I don't think so. I think Green could function normally and improve if he wanted to. However, he feels hopeless and he is afraid, and so he's trying to destroy himself, which is why he beats his head with a table and shoves a bottle of gin up his ass and generally puts on a freak show for the world to see.
So basically I see him as having a tiny bit of mental illness, but he's abusing alcohol and blowing it way out of proportion. What he needs is institutional detox/rehab for like 6 months, and then a live in caretaker/babysitter after that.
