This also sounds probable. DWP and the council will tell him he's been a very bad boy, and gently slap him on the wrist with a nominal fine.

Exactly, his behaviour hasnt just been severely antisocial whilst living there, it has also been criminal verging on lethal. Im confident he has no hope of remaining in that place that he has horrendously trashed. Its going to cost a bit to repair it so a more deserving individual or family can live there.

This would be fantastic. Cricket bat instead of baseball bat, burning bibles instead of molotovs, a trashed safe house to live in... It would be fucking top, lads. to4str can be the big bad, with the main story being about Green trying to get his act together, gathering resources and contacts whilst fighting off to4str's chav hitmen, all in preparation of travelling to to4str's hedged home to twat him one.
