It does not happen that way. You cannot "replace" fat. Fat cells stay there for life. They expand and contract depending on your ratio of energy intake to energy use, you mora.

Roids are legal in the UK if you've got a friend over there, but dude, you can't just jam a needle in your ass and turn into superman. Juicing properly is a whole process involving a few drugs and a lot of hard work. Don't do it right and your only permanent gains will be mantits.

I dunno how you're hitting 300g protein a day with only a 1600 calorie diet, that's impressive. I kinda thought your protein goal would be more like 200 - you know it's based on lean mass right? Consider starting couch 2 5k, it's pretty good even if you hate cardio. http://www.c25k.com/c25k_treadmill.html
If you're losing an average of 1.5 lbs per week you'll be in great shape in like what, 8-10 months max? You got this man, you don't need no roids. Most guys would love to have the testosterone levels of someone your age. You have every advantage here. Eat right, exercise, be consistent and patient. You'll make it.

Sorry. I kind of forgot to mention that I am not hitting my goal under my diet. I thought that was implied.

If you don't hit your protein goals you will not gain the muscle you would have otherwise. People make shitty gains from shitty diets. They also tend to feel like shit. I've read about this and can confirm from personal experience, lol. Eat right or spin your wheels in the gym.
If you can try to incorporate some protein powder into your diet. I use Body Fortress Whey Isolate from Walmart http://www.walmart.com/ip/Super-Advanced-Vanilla-Creme-Whey-Isolate/14654077, it's cheap and has good protein numbers for the calorie costs. Building muscle and losing weight both start in the kitchen, you need optimal protein and calories to build muscle, but not too much calories so you can lose weight. It's kind of tough. I was having a hard time getting the numbers right until I adopted the ketogenic diet, it's the shit. I cannot stress enough how important your diet is.
