OH MY GOD. How fucking hard is it to CHECK YOUR EMAIL? You have a phone. A computer. Just say "okay." Or "I got it." Or "I'll get back to you next week." Working with people who DON'T FUCKING ACKNOWLEDGE YOU EVER is HORRIBLE.
