I can still fit into my jeans, but I get out of breath very quickly. I'm losing muscle and becoming fat. My New diet is mainly crisps, pot noodles and fastfood. I was eating salad and chicken months back. Oh, how the mighty have fallen! I guess I can't change who I am. Even when I'm slimmer, I'm still fat on the inside.

Back when all of my daily caloric intake was coming from gin, I slimmed down a lot. Have you tried the gin and gin only diet?
