every time i go outside to smoke my cartoon sized cone joint its like the neighborhood goes crazy and theres a bunch of cops going up and down the street for some reason and a fire truck as well, im really confused.

It's an interesting sensation. It hurts a lot, but not at first. It's a bit like "pins-and-needles" once you realize what has happened. After it happens, it's not something you really want to feel again.

I broke my wrist this summer and I broke my leg as a teenager, went into shock both times. I would describe it as while not hurting, its the most uncomfortable feeling in the world.
