Alright OP. I'll bite. Here's the bottom line:
I hate windows. I can't stand using it for longer than 15 minutes. I hate the way it looks. I hate the way it feels. I hate how awkward and convoluted everything is. I don't use linux because I am not a computer programmer and therefore really have no need for it. Hackintoshes are too hard to make.
I hate windows so much, that when I got my Macbook in 2008 I vowed never to own a windows machine again.
For me, It's the operating system. It is really is worth THAT MUCH to ME. Maybe not you, but to me that's what matters the most.
You're happy with your PC, and thats fine. It suits your needs, but honestly I still scoff at every windows machine I have to use every now and again.
