I have some experience with this. The more you do it the easier it will get. Unless you just aren't cut out for it. Then it will never happen.

Not really, or rather, I learned how to treat my audience as individual humans, not a "crowd". Knowing that I could wipe them out´with barely a thought might have something to do with it.
